Dear Taylor's Job,
I seriously can't handle my job anymore. It is going to be the death of me -physically and mentally. Within two weeks I cut one finger on a meat slicer, cut another finger on the edge of the foil box, splashed boiling oil on my chin, and scrapped a few layers off another finger. Honestly, my body can't handle anymore accidents. Next time half of my finger will probably be gone. Plus it doesn't help that my new manager likes to play favorites and I'm not one of them. I think it is time for me to find a new job. Preferably one that doesn't include customer service, or dealing with stupid people or smelling like rotten chicken or oil. Please save me from the deli.

Christmas is early this year!
Today started out as a fairly boring day. All Iwas planning on doing was studying and then going to work. Then my roommate, Molly, decided that she was going to start playing christmas music -non stop. Then Molly, Caitlin, and I started talking about getting Christmas decorations from our parents. But then Molly had the brilliant idea to go to Hobby Lobby (basically heaven on earth). Then we ended up at Big Lots. And our apartment looks SO adorable! It made me super happy because this is the first year that I was going to miss decorating with my family, but my provo family helped me out with that!! Dear Molly and Caitlin thanks for providing me with such wonderful entertainment!

Today
Life is a beautiful, wonderful, stressful, crazy thing. It is hard and scary, but there are those moments when you look outside and see a beautiful sun rise. Or when the snow has recently fallen and the world seems to be holding its breath. Or when the wind whispers secrets to you. Or when you look at the twisted truck of a massive tree and wonder what this ancient has seen and weathered. Or those moments when your heart starts to beat a little faster. Or the moments when the sun shines a little brighter. Or the moments when your smile is endless. So I guess that life is more awe inspiring and incredible than stressful or scary.
